The meetings have led to growth on both a personal and professional level. Under the expert, professional and loving guidance of Eveline, I came across personal issues that I assumed I had already overcome. To my surprise, I discovered that these topics contained an even deeper layer. Thanks to the personal process work, I have really been able to make a deepening step. This is not only an enrichment on a personal level, because it has an effect on my work as a systemic coach and trainer. In addition, I have been able to learn from Eveline and the other participants about the profession of constellation facilitator. I now experience a stronger connection and depth, enriched with more knowledge and experience.

Early 2024 I had 2x three days of supervision with Eveline. Working in a small group with what is there. And there is always something. Eveline's sharp observations, the precise listening and the energetic picking up of friction and imbalance makes all kinds of things come to the surface, also things that I myself did not know were going on with me. A question (except perhaps technical/methodological questions) immediately brings you into self-examination. We are learning, with each other, from each other and on each other. The group size quickly creates an atmosphere of trust and safety, there is no room to dive. Everyone goes all in. What has it brought me personally? Insight into themes that I had not yet recognized, the opportunity to view the beauty and penetrating magic of the work, the opportunity to practice and learn on four levels, as a client, as a representative, as a supervisor and as a spectator. I am glad that I gave myself these days as a gift and I think that everyone who embraces and aspires to this work gives themselves a great gift with such days.

This trajectory was so valuable that it cannot be captured in words. The process work goes so much deeper than in the previous training courses that I have followed. Which makes that I have even more self-knowledge of my own themes and am stronger and more solid in my own guidance. I have also learned so much from the group and each other's themes, which helps me to step even more into not knowing and to be able to use my guidance from a mature place. I really wish this trajectory for every constellation facilitator to become even more aware of your own themes, so that you can guide purely as a constellation facilitator.
