TRAINING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

We communicate always, everywhere. We cannot not communicate. Even if we say nothing, sometimes our face speaks volumes or our body language flawlessly conveys what we really mean. To communicate effectively, a sign of recognition is needed. This can be very explicit in words and gestures and often very subtle nuances underlie it.

How do you ensure that your message reaches someone else and that they understand what you mean? This process of tuning and connecting is the basis of every good conversation.

Take responsibility for your communications and increase the chances of eliciting the response you want to achieve.
In the training you will learn how to connect (even) better with your conversation partner. By not only being aware of your communication and its effect, but also by connecting even more to the other person's world model. This increases your credibility when you use different language, change your tone and adjust your body language. The more you as a sender connect to the (non-)verbal communication and perception of the receiver, the better. That makes your communication truly effective!
